But on the whole a site like that facilitates people breaking their license terms and sucks revenue out of the industry, changing the cost vs profit ratio on games which means your favorite franchises or genres may be discontinued or underdeveloped because the money isn't there. The only problem is to stop a site like that, they need to prosecute the individual sellers which is bad PR and prohibitively costly in legal fees.
